Oddball Strong LLC ("Oddball Strong," "we," "us") provides personal training in Henrico, Virginia, in person and online. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Contact details: name, email address, phone number, and mailing address.
Training details: birthday, health and injury history, fitness goals, and the notes we keep on your sessions and progress.
Billing details: invoices and payment records. Card and bank details are handled by our payment processor, not stored by us.
Website data: basic analytics and cookies set by our website platform.

How we protect it
We store your information in password-protected business accounts with access limited to Oddball Strong. We keep it only as long as we need it to serve you and meet our legal and tax obligations.
Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, such as our scheduling, billing, email, and text messaging platforms, and only so they can provide those services to us. We may also disclose information when required by law.
Text messaging (SMS)
If you opt in to text messages, we collect your mobile number and a record of your consent. We use them only to send you the messages described in our SMS Terms: scheduling and session reminders, check-ins, training updates, billing reminders, announcements, and occasional offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Information sharing with service providers described above excludes text messaging opt-in data and consent.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help.
Your choices
You can ask us to update, correct, or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, at any time. Email damon@oddballstrong.com and we'll take care of it. To stop text messages, reply STOP. To stop emails, use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
Children
Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information online.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date.
