Online training pilot program
Starting in 2025 I will be offering a new, more affordable, online training offering. This will consist of pre-built programs, that I have put together in advance, that potential trainees can complete with my guidance and coaching.
By removing the initial leg work of building a personalized program I am able to offer this at a lower price point. This will allow me to expand my ability to help those who might not be able to fit training in the budget otherwise.
The goal of this pilot program is to:
Test the program itself and make sure it is accessible, understandable, attainable, and effective.
Test the program sign up process and ensure that it is easy, smooth, and professional.
Fine tune the program deliverables and create a polished, well designed, intuitive, final product.
Test how much time it takes me to deliver this program and coaching to ensure that the final price reflects the effort required to run it.
Participants of this pilot program understand that these processes are not fully formed and their experience will be a rough draft to help me prepare the program for the general public. As such participants of this program will receive a steep discount for their participation.
The program structure is as follows:
Length: These programs are 12 weeks in length and divided into four blocks of three weeks each. Program variables will change in some way in each block.
Frequency: Each plan has two training days: A and B. There are two options for how to complete them:
Twice a week: Days A and B will be completed each week.
Three times a week: On odd weeks you will do ABA on even weeks you will do BAB.
Additionally you will be asked to commit to at least two short, unstructured, “cardio” sessions each week in order to keep your heart and lungs healthy and support your overall health and performance.
Difficulty: There are three options for this program.
Level 1: Perfect for total beginners who have never stepped foot in a gym, or anyone who has little confidence in their ability to complete a plan safely and effectively.
Level 2: For the advanced novice who has some experience in the gym and wants to commit to a serious program and prepare for more advanced training.
Level 3: For intermediate trainees who have a good amount of experience in the gym but want to revisit the fundamentals and build a strong base of strength and conditioning.
Price: When the full program launches it is planned to launch at $150 per month, or $450 for the full 12 weeks.
Participants of the pilot program will receive a $50 per month discount for a total savings of $150 for the duration of the program.
Equipment: Depending on the level you will have slightly different needs but a basic gym membership should have everything you need. If you do not have a gym membership there is a section in the application to put in what home equipment you have access to and what you are willing to invest in setting up a home gym. We can work around some limitations but you will need some basic equipment to participate.
As a participant you will be asked to:
Commit to the entire 12 weeks of this program to get the full effect and help me determine the effectiveness of the program.
Provide honest feedback about each step of the program to help me refine it.
